It's time to add some spice to my life!

Well, just like i was talking about adding variety in my last post, i know exactly what i'm going to do. Years ago i was a regular at working out, reading up on health issues, and taking on some fun challenges. One of those fun challenges was the Half Marathon i ran back in 2000. That was an awesome experience! I would love to do that again. I remember having so much more energy back then and i felt much happier too. I think it was the stamina and all those good feeling endorphins from working out that brought about the better state of mind and all around good vibes. I want to bring that back. It's time for me to get back to working out regularly and really taking care of my health! But i know i can't do that on my own right now. I still have too much going on and too much on my mind. Alone i would surely fail. I have a solution for this though. Starting tomorrow, i'm creating a fitness and health group on Cafemom. There i plan to share workouts, discuss health issues, plan challenges to participate in, and much more! I want to have fun with this while helping other great people succeed also. Wish me luck!

Sounds like a great idea! You'll have to invite me to your group (bcharmed). Hubby and I were talking about this last night. He had a routine going, but has slacked over the last couple of weeks. I'm going to start working out with him - starting tonight. I'm looking forward to it!
